Parkour & Freerunning

“Parkour is a training discipline where athletes aim to get from one point to another in a complex environment, without assistive equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Parkour includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, diving, quadrupedal movement, and other movements as deemed most suitable for the situation. Freerunning is similar but incorporates a freestyle element to the practice.”

Calisthenics

Want to learn how to master and control your own body? This class is for beginners to advanced.

Want to learn how to do a pull up, dips, even bodyweight squats? If you can do those already, level up to One Arm Pull Up, weighted pull ups, or high rep dips, and much more. We will focus on strength to weight ratio AKA relative strength.

Classes will focus on strength, endurance, static, balance, coordination, agility, plyometric, and/or skill workouts emphasizing longevity, form, and safety. There is a slower progression in this discipline of movement, so you're in it for the long haul! Think of push ups, dips, single leg power, pull ups, broad jumps, plyometrics, etc

Intermediate calisthenics: Pull ups, Muscle ups, one arm chin ups, pistol squats, dragon flags etc.
